Under direction, the Human Services Program Manager plans, coordinates and manages the work of a major human services program; or, in a staff capacity, recommends policies and procedures for implementation of legislative recommendations; and performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Any combination of education, training and experience likely to provide the required Knowledge and Abilities for these classes as describe above. Typical ways include: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a management field such as public administration, business or health services administration; or in a relevant human services field such as social work, psychology, public health, health sciences, sociology; or in a relevant health field such as life or physical sciences.
